  2. Digital Acceptance via the website checkbox carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under Ghanaian law.
  3. No Service shall be booked and no Vehicle shall be received until Digital Acceptance of these Terms has been completed.
  4. If the Client does not agree to any part of these Terms, they must not proceed with any booking.
  5. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior representations.

3. Nature of Services

  1. The Company provides specialist diagnosis, parts procurement, and repair coordination for: Nissan Sentra B15, Toyota Vitz, Toyota Yaris, Kia Picanto/Morning, and Honda Fit/Jazz. Services for other models may be declined.
  2. All physical repair work is carried out by the Company's Mechanic Partner. The Company acts as the coordinating entity.
  3. The scope of each Service shall be agreed in writing before work commences. No additional work shall be carried out without prior written Authorisation.

4. Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection

  1. Before any Service, the Company shall conduct a pre-service inspection and document the Vehicle's condition, including pre-existing faults.
  2. The Client acknowledges the pre-service inspection report is a baseline record. Any condition noted is acknowledged as pre-existing.
  3. The Client shall disclose all known faults, prior accidents, or modifications. Failure to disclose material information shall relieve the Company of liability for resulting damage.

5. Client Authorisation

  1. No Service shall commence and no Parts shall be ordered without the Client's prior written Authorisation (via WhatsApp, signed Service Order, or other written means).
  2. By providing Authorisation, the Client confirms they are the legal owner or duly authorised to consent to Services.
  3. The Client's WhatsApp message confirming approval of a quoted cost constitutes binding Authorisation. The Client shall be liable for payment regardless of whether they subsequently change their mind.

6. Parts — Supply & Disclaimer

  1. The Company shall supply OEM or quality aftermarket Parts as agreed with the Client prior to installation.
  2. The Company does not manufacture Parts and makes no warranty beyond the original manufacturer's warranty.
  3. Client-supplied Parts are installed entirely at the Client's risk. The Company accepts no liability for failure or damage from Client-supplied Parts.
  4. Used or reconditioned Parts carry no warranty and are supplied on an as-is basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss, including loss of use of the Vehicle, loss of income, or cost of alternative transport.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for damage attributable to a Pre-existing Condition, including latent defects.
  4. Older, high-mileage vehicles may sustain incidental damage during competent repair due to aged components. The Company is not liable for breakage of aged or brittle components where reasonable care was exercised.
  5. The Company shall not be liable for electrical faults or sensor failures arising after a Service where no direct causal link exists.
  6. The Company shall not be liable for damage caused by third parties, including previous mechanics or unauthorised persons.
  7. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including parts unavailability, supplier delays, or force majeure.

8. Workshop & Handling

  1. The Company shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings left in the Vehicle.
  2. Test drives shall be conducted by the Mechanic Partner at the Client's risk.

9. Payment Terms

  1. All fees shall be agreed before work commences. Payment is due in full upon completion and before the Vehicle is released.
  2. Where a deposit is required for Parts procurement, such deposit is non-refundable once Parts have been ordered.
  3. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing where market costs change materially.

10. Uncollected Vehicles

  1. The Client shall collect the Vehicle within 48 hours of notification that the Service is complete. After 48 hours, a storage fee of GH₵ 50/day applies.
  2. Where a Vehicle remains uncollected for 30+ days without communication, the Company may take steps permitted by Ghanaian law to recover costs.

  2. Nothing in these Terms limits any right the Client may have under mandatory Ghanaian consumer protection law.
  3. Invalid provisions shall be severed; remaining provisions continue in full force.
