These Terms govern all services provided by SentraFix GH. By ticking the acceptance checkbox and proceeding to book, you agree to be bound by them.
1 Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

| Client | Any person or entity that engages the Company for services. |
| Vehicle | The automobile submitted by the Client for service. |
| Services | Diagnosis, parts procurement, installation, repair, maintenance, or any related work. |
| Parts | Any component, spare part, or accessory supplied or installed by the Company. |
| Mechanic Partner | The independent technician engaged to carry out physical repair work. |
| Pre-existing Condition | Any fault, defect, or damage present in the Vehicle before work begins. |

2 Acceptance of These Terms
- By ticking the acceptance checkbox on the SentraFix GH website and clicking "Proceed to Booking", the Client agrees to these Terms. This constitutes a legally binding Digital Acceptance under the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772).
- A digital acceptance carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under Ghanaian law.
- No service shall be booked and no vehicle shall be received until the Client has accepted these Terms.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. No prior oral or written representations shall have effect.
3 Scope of Services
- The Company provides specialist diagnosis, parts procurement, and repair services for Nissan Sentra B15, Toyota Vitz, Toyota Yaris, Kia Picanto/Morning, and Honda Fit/Jazz. Services for other vehicle models may be declined.
- All physical repair work is carried out by the Company's Mechanic Partner. The Company coordinates parts procurement, client communication, and service oversight.
- The scope of work shall be agreed in writing (including via WhatsApp) before work begins. No additional work shall be carried out without the Client's prior written Authorisation.
- The Company may decline any service request without giving a reason.
4 Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection
- Before work begins, the Company will inspect the Vehicle and note its condition, including visible damage and pre-existing faults.
- Any condition noted in the inspection report is taken as pre-existing and shall not be the basis of a claim against the Company.
- The Client must disclose all known faults, prior accidents, or modification history. Failure to disclose material information that later causes damage or complicates the work shall relieve the Company of liability for the resulting costs.
- If the Client refuses a pre-service inspection, the Company may decline the service or proceed on the basis that all liability for undocumented pre-existing conditions rests with the Client.
5 Authorisation for Work & Parts
- No work shall begin and no parts shall be ordered without the Client's prior written Authorisation (WhatsApp message, signed Service Order, or other written confirmation).
- By providing Authorisation, the Client confirms they are the legal owner of the Vehicle or are authorised to consent to services on behalf of the owner.
- If the Company cannot reach the Client for Authorisation on additional work discovered during a service, the Company shall pause, document the issue, and wait for the Client's instruction. The Company is not liable for delays caused by this pause.
- A WhatsApp message confirming approval of a quoted cost is binding Authorisation. The Client is liable for payment regardless of whether they subsequently change their mind.
6 Parts
- The Company supplies OEM or quality aftermarket Parts as agreed with the Client before installation. The Part and its price are confirmed with the Client before fitting.
- The Company does not manufacture Parts. No warranty is given beyond the original manufacturer's warranty, if any.
- Client-supplied Parts are installed entirely at the Client's risk. The Company accepts no liability for failure, incompatibility, or damage caused by Client-supplied Parts.
- Used or reconditioned Parts, where agreed, are supplied as-is with no warranty from the Company.
7 Limitation of Liability
7.1 General
The Company's total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
7.2 Consequential Loss
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of use of the Vehicle, loss of income, cost of alternative transport, or any other economic loss.
7.3 Pre-existing Conditions
The Company is not liable for damage or deterioration caused by a Pre-existing Condition, whether or not it was documented in the inspection, including latent defects not discoverable through reasonable inspection.
7.4 Aged Components
Older, high-mileage vehicles may sustain incidental damage during competent repair work due to fragile aged components. The Company is not liable for breakage of corroded or brittle parts where reasonable care was exercised.
7.5 Electrical Systems
The Company is not liable for electrical faults, warning lights, or sensor failures that arise after a service where there is no direct causal link between the work performed and the fault.
7.6 Third Parties
The Company is not liable for damage caused by previous mechanics, prior repairers, or other persons who worked on the Vehicle before or after the Company's services.
7.7 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including parts unavailability, supplier delays, government action, or labour disruptions.
8 Workshop & Handling
- The Company is not liable for personal belongings, valuables, or items left in the Vehicle. Clients should remove all personal items before submitting their Vehicle.
- The Company is not liable for deterioration of paint, bodywork, or interior trim that occurs during normal workshop handling where reasonable care was exercised.
- Test drives, where necessary, are conducted by the Mechanic Partner on public roads at the Client's risk. The Company is not liable for incidents during test drives carried out in good faith.
9 Payment
- All fees shall be agreed with the Client before work begins. The Client's Authorisation of a quoted cost constitutes acceptance of the quoted amount.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of the Service and before the Vehicle is released. The Company may retain the Vehicle until all outstanding amounts are paid.
- Deposits for Parts procurement are non-refundable once Parts have been ordered on the Client's instruction.
- Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing if market costs change materially after that period.
10 Uncollected Vehicles
- The Client must collect the Vehicle within 48 hours of being notified that work is complete. After 48 hours, a storage fee of GH₴ 50 per day applies.
- If a Vehicle remains uncollected for 30 days or more without communication from the Client, the Company may take such steps as permitted by Ghanaian law to recover outstanding costs.
11 Complaints & Disputes
- Any complaint must be raised in writing via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of collecting the Vehicle. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
- The Company will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and respond substantively within 5 business days.
- If a complaint cannot be resolved within 21 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). Mediation costs shall be shared equally.
- If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Ghana.
12 Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Contracts Act, 1960 (Act 25), the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137), the Consumer Protection Agency Act, 2012 (Act 839), and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772).
- Nothing in these Terms excludes any right the Client may have under mandatory Ghanaian consumer protection law.
- If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- The Company may update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on the website at the time of the Client's acceptance is the version that applies.
